Browsing the Explorer requires no account and sets no tracking cookies. When you request early access or ask to open a file, we store the details you enter (email, company, trade, note), the page you sent them from, a hashed form of your IP address and your browser type, in order to reply to you and to prepare your access. Storage is on Supabase (EU region, Frankfurt). We do not pass these details to third parties and delete them on request: write to hello@hospitalityradar.io.
Project and player files contain company-level information collected from public sources. They contain no personal data of natural persons. If you believe a file contains information about you as a natural person, tell us and we will remove it.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; Google receives your IP address for that request. The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes connection data to serve and protect it.
