The score tells you how many of the fourteen facts are confirmed with a source. Names, locations and phases are open. Who is behind the project sits in the file, together with the sources, the signals and the date it was last checked.

Most project databases sell you the same list they sell everyone else, with a regional licence on top. We do it the other way round: the overview is open and worldwide, the file is the product.
Filter by phase, region, country, category and file score. You see the project name, location, phase and how complete the file is. Who is behind it stays veiled until you open the file.
A project file costs 40 credits when complete, 20 while it is still being built. Open a thin file and our research completes it within seven days, no extra charge. Player files 20 or 10, city files 80 or 40.
In a plan, every file you open is updated for twelve months and reports its signals: phase changes, appointments, openings. A single purchase is a snapshot of the day.
A file is complete at a score of 70 or more. The score is visible before you open it, so you always know what you get. Contacts are researched fresh for each customer and never leave the system.
All plans are annual contracts with credits refilled monthly. Unused credits stay valid for three months. Prices in EUR, excluding VAT.

A typical hotel project database costs 1,000 to 4,200 € per year for one region and 6,400 to 10,500 € for the world, with extras on top. Every subscriber gets the same list, unverified, and writes to the same people.

Each project file has fourteen weighted facts. The score is the share of facts that are confirmed with a source. A file at 70 or more is complete. Below that it is being built, costs half, and opening it puts it at the front of our research queue.
Because a regional licence charges you for projects you never look at. Credits charge you for the files you open, and the overview stays worldwide for everyone. Heavy users buy plans with more credits, occasional users buy single files.
Team and Enterprise export opened files to CSV and CRM. Enterprise adds an MCP server and an API, so your assistants and tools can query the pipeline directly.
